Tylenol, rest, retail therapy, friends... Sound familiar? All can be a great way for you to unwind after a hard and stressful week. Recently work has been a little on the overwhelming side and no matter what I do after work, the worry never really seems to leave my mind. This weekend I was lucky enough to have today (Monday) off for Columbus Day! Hopefully most of you did as well.
While most of my weekend did consist of the list I wrote above, I was craving one more thing. Nothing can cure the worried mind quite like a little hike up a mountain to a breathe-taking view. The crisp air was so refreshing and the sound of nothing but the wind help put my loud thoughts to rest. A few friends and I headed up North to seek this one-of-a-kind remedy.
